料理步驟
- 白蘿蔔與紅蘿蔔鮮香菇與黑木耳洗淨後切去蒂頭,切絲! 金針菇切絲!
- 鍋中放2小匙油,小火爆香蒜末,注入高湯,以中火燒開。
- 燒半鍋水汆燙水發魷魚!
- 放入紅白蘿蔔丁煮到半軟,再放鮮香菇、黑木耳與金針菇煮開並下調味!
- 放入汆燙好的水發魷魚,煮開後勾些太白粉水,放上九層塔與柴魚片即可!
